How can I send photos by e-mail in a fast, easy and “light” way as I used to with Yahoo Photos?

I used to send all my photos by e-mail with yahoo photos and now it seems they have changed to Flickr, which is like to create photo albums on the web and share photos, but not send them by e-mail. What other service can I use like Yahoo photos which really made it easy to send photos by e-mail?

Send those thro your Y! IM

Transfering files is easy with Yahoo! Messenger. There are several ways to do it:

When you’re in an IM conversation, you can simply drag-and-drop one or more files right into the IM window. The other person will be invited to “Save” the file or “Decline” the file transfer. Either way, you will be notified of their decision, and if they choose to accept the file transfer, your IM window will show the progress of the file transfer.
During an IM conversation, you can click the “Send File” button or select the “Send a File” command on the “Actions” menu.
You can drag-and-drop a file onto a contact in your Messenger List, even when you are not currently IMing that person.

There is no limit to the size of files you can transfer, as long as neither you nor your friend are behind a firewall that prohibits peer-to-peer transfers. In that case, the file will be sent through Yahoo! servers, and file size is limited to 100MB.

In a single file transfer, you can transfer an unlimited number of files to anyone on your Messenger List. The number of files that can be transferred at one time during a conversation with someone who is not on your Messenger List, however, will be limited.

Yahoo Photos

Yahoo Photos

$70.1

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Yahoo Photos is a defunct photo sharing service of Yahoo , designed specifically for Yahoo users. The service had unlimited storage for photos, but it was required that photos have the jpeg/jpg extension. Users create individual photo albums, categorize their photos and place them in the corresponding albums. Users were also able to set access of their albums by publishing them for the viewing pleasure of everyone, disabling access, or marking them as private folders for their own viewing. In an effort to make it simpler and more efficient, Yahoo had an uploader tool to drag and drop the pictures from ones computer to Yahoo Photos web page. In March 2005 Yahoo purchased another photo sharing site, Flickr, and in May 2007 announced that Yahoo Photos would be closed down on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 9 p.m. PDT. Yahoo Pipes

Yahoo Pipes

$70.1

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Yahoo Pipes is a web application from Yahoo that provides a graphical user interface for building data mashups that aggregate web feeds, web pages, and other services, creating Webbased apps from various sources, and publishing those apps. The application works by enabling users to pipe information from different sources and then set up rules for how that content should be modified (for example, filtering). A typical example is New York Times through Flickr, a pipe which takes The New York Times RSS feed and adds a photo from Flickr based on the keywords of each item. The site is currently in beta. A Web Mashup is a Web application that combines data from more than one Web data source into a single integrated Web application. Just as Unix pipes are often used to quickly combine several different data sources but are generally not sufficient to create a useful application, Yahoo Pipes is a data mashup tool rather than a complete Mashup editor.
