I want to dye my hair but what color?

the dress is made of more an coat fabric
I really want to wear the hot pink top under it and leave a few buttons open
I also want some kind of pants under it
what should I do about make-up and my hair?
my hair grows fast so I should be able to have it fixed before school
I want a new me

Hair and make-up…
Layers (layers look good on anyone, just have to blow dry & style them.)
Maybe blonde higlights. So its like dark…with blonde streaks.
Eyeliner. Liquid Eye liner. Only put it on the bottom eyelid. DONT get discouraged when it doesnt work at first, it takes alot of practice. Just buy loads of makeup remover pads.
And Mascara.
MAYBE (if you want, i don’t use it often but alot of girls like it.) eye shadow. Colour is really up to you, try not to do blue, unless you have blue eyes, and even then only a little blue! lol
