Photo Gallery Software For Linux

Best Linux Distro for Web Site/Server?
I am trying to find a distro that includes software/packages to run the following services.
BBS or Forum coupled with a Photo Gallery System.
- I like the looks of the Demonoid and DistroWatch Forums, clean, easy to read.
- Allows registered forum users to post their photos.
E-mail system.
- To handle my site’s incoming/outgoing mails, NOT be a public e-mail service.
I know that many distoro’s package list includes the Apache Web Server, PHP, Perl, MySQL, and 2 or 3 E-mail Systems, but I don’t know the names of the major Linux-based forums or photo gallery packages.
Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
