How can I create photo-realistic renderings of floorplans?

What software is used to create these renderings? Also is there a consumer-level version of the software?

I realize the output is in Flash, but what software was used to create the 3D effect?

Vectorworks Architect can create photo-realistic effects like those in Archiform. Vectorworks 12 supports 3D.
