I got a blue screen with the words _____ dump.?

It also said something like imcompatible driver installed. I had just been trying to fix my windows photo gallery and had downloaded from MICROSOFT windows photo gallery 2011. Started doing other stuff then went to shut computer down when the blue screen appeared with all that wording. Then tried to turn back on and no OS. Tried restoring to out of box state. No go. Had Toshiba recovery disks, tried them, no go. Using my daughters computer right now. Its still fried. Help!!!!!!!

Try hitting F8 to boot into Safe Mode, also, some computers have a hard drive test in the BIOS called DPS test, that’ll test your hard drive to see if its bad.
