Why aren’t my photos printing well?
I need help figuring out why my photo prints come out so crappy. I took a bunch of photos last night at a concert. On my computer, they look great, even way zoomed in. I went to have them printed at Walgreens today, though, and they look awful. The color is off and they’re grainy. I would understand if they were just bad pictures.
Please take a look at some of the photos here. Zoom in on them if you want; they’re in a Picasa web album.
Can anyone tell me if they should be making good prints? Maybe they’re just crappy quality. If not, where can I have GOOD prints made where I can print at LEAST 5×7? I want to use these shots in a portfolio, but I can’t if they come out looking like they did today.

Your pictures look crappy because they auto color corrected them. If you want professional looking prints you will have to go to a professional lab. The one I use is really good and reasonable in price.
