Gallery 2 Error Error_storage_failure

Yahoo hosting gallery 2 add-on issues…Any solutions?
Hey Guys,
I installed the gallery 2 add-on twice through the control panel and continue to get a storage failure notice..

Without looking at those files it may not be possible to find out what is going wrong.

Behind Human Error $39.95 Human error is cited over and over as a cause of incidents and accidents.
