Where to find free web site templates that are easy to edit?

I need to find a free web site template that is easy to edit! I have Frontpage and I tried to download a template from www.freewebsitetemplates.com but I don’t understand how to manipulate the frames, navigation bars or add additional pages.

Microsoft Office Live Small Business has a very good free website designer. It also has other things included as well, such as free email, form designer, contact manager, team workspace, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. If you need help with getting it submitted into Google and Yahoo, etc., there is a great support forum to help you out. Try it out:
