Hoe to make an automatic slideshow for a website?

I have been looking for tutorials that could explain me how to do a slideshow that looks pretty much like this one:

there are thousands of these available, try google free flash slideshow etc.
the way it works is simple too and building it in flash (if you have it) is simple.
most simply work by having a folder with a group of images in and then using the timeline effect to fade from one image to another. you end up with the flash object and a seperate folder which you can change images in (you just need to keep the same names) on the server.
