Yes, mostly script, actionscript is the centre of a good flash project.

If you’ve used flash a bit before you should remember that it’s nothing like a traditional website with each page being its own seperate file, you are building a web application that takes on the appearance of a website. What you have to do basically is create a normal site, but instead of onRelease (button press) functions you will want to use onRollOver. The hardest part, besides the fancy animation, is designing the layout so it’s easy for the user to access everything, you can imagine how annoying this site would be if you had do “dodge” buttons in order not to open up 100 pages trying to get where you want to go 
You should explore developing full-browser flash sites, load movie class for keeping images, animations and videos separate until needed so you can minimize file size and loading times. You should also look at the loadVars class in order to do the same thing but with text and temp variables.

Free hosting isn’t hard to find but will usually come with the price of slapping a nice big banner across the top of your page. As for splitting it, read what I have said above about the classes.
You’ll really need to get your head around good coding practices in Actionscript to be able to pull this off and have it run nicely, some of the best flash sites I’ve seen have only been 2 frames long and consisted of almost all code.
